Application Data

Our application collects minimal, anonymous data for statistics:

  • Conversion type - Which color conversions are used (e.g., "hex-to-rgb")
  • Language - Which language version of the site is used
  • Count - How many times each conversion is performed

We do not collect your actual color values or any personal information.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie required for the application to function (Laravel framework). This cookie:

  • Does not track you across websites
  • Does not store personal information
  • Is essential for the site to work properly

We do not use any cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

Server Logs

Like most websites, our web server (nginx) automatically collects standard access logs:

  • IP addresses
  • User agent strings (browser/device info)
  • Requested URLs and timestamps

These logs are used for security (fail2ban to block malicious requests) and server maintenance. They are automatically rotated and deleted, and are not used for tracking or analytics.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. This service:

  • Does not use cookies or any local storage
  • Does not collect personal information
  • Collects only aggregate, anonymous data about page views

This allows us to understand which pages are popular without compromising your privacy.

Cloudflare

This site uses Cloudflare for content delivery, security, and performance optimization. Cloudflare may process:

  • IP addresses (for security and routing)
  • Request headers and metadata
  • Security challenge data (if triggered)

Cloudflare acts as a data processor and has its own privacy policy.

Third Parties

Apart from Ahrefs Web Analytics and Cloudflare mentioned above, we do not share any data with third parties. There is no advertising on this site.
